For the No Sesso Autumn/Winter 2016-2017 collection features brick and concrete prints that symbolize earth as well as our urban neighborhoods. The strength and resilience these communities exemplify is displayed through the collection’s integration of hard black denim and soft fleece. The enchantment and grace of the natural world is captured through photographic prints of various woods and oysters. The vast history of the black and brown body and its experiences with nature, including indigenous spirituality is touched upon. The collection is accented with a timeless sentiment and subtle daintiness with its knitwear.
